1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Teachl platform by creators, their students and visitors.
2. Creator account
Creating an account is free. The creator guarantees the accuracy of the information provided, including the mobile money number used for payouts.
3. Commission
Teachl takes a 35% commission on each sale. The balance is paid automatically to the creator once the payment is confirmed.
4. Content review
Every product is reviewed before it goes on sale. Teachl may request changes or refuse content that does not follow its rules.
5. Intellectual property
Creators keep ownership of their content and grant Teachl a limited license to host and deliver it to their students.
6. Termination
Creators may close their account at any time. Access already sold remains honored under the stated conditions.
